Q. Should I apply to Central Retail Corporation, a specific business unit, or store?

A. For all positions you can apply at whichever of our four Recruitment Centers is most convenient for you. For middle to senior management positions listed on our websites, you may also submit your qualifications online.

Q. If I apply for a job with one of the store companies like Power Buy, who interviews me and makes the hiring decision?

A. Usually Central Retail Human Resources staff will accept your application information and interview you first. If your qualifications meet the requirements of one of our business units (such as Power Buy), Human Resources will forward your application to them. If they are interested, you will be interviewed by managers from that business unit, who will make the final decision.

Q. What type of career path can I expect?

A. Depending on your personal goals, skills, and performance, you may be promoted within a business unit, or transferred to other Central Retail business units. Occasionally one of our retail managers may also be considered for a position at another company in the Central Group.
